  ***WATER BASED SEALERS & FINISHES ARE TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE***
   Most products require a surface temperature between the range of 55-90 degrees F.  Try to have the products temperature close to the floors temperature when ready to apply.

                             NCL- STAMINA
Water-based indoor/outdoor hard surface sealer that provides superior resistance to moisture, grease, solvents, and other foreign materials. Outstanding durability; coating will not whiten, blush or "peel-off" properly prepped surfaces. Ideal for
                    concrete, terra cotta, brick pavers, saltillo, as well as a wide
                variety of unglazed ceramic tiles. High gloss in as little as 2 coats

                  JOHNSONS PLAZA SEALER/FINISH
High shine sealer and/or finish.  Apply multiple coats. Offers excellnt adhesion to new or worn granite, marble, terrazzo and other stone flooring. Can be used with a low speed or high speed buffer.

            GLAZE N SEALS MULTI PURPOSE SEALER
Some color enhancement with a medium shine.
For use indoors or outdoors. For concrete, tile, masonry, brick, slate, quarry, pavers and stamped concrete.
Non yellowing protection.

Deep wet look thermoplastic floor finish.  Fast drying, highly buffable, easy leveling, excellent flexibility.  A must for high speed and conventional floor care system.  Designed for ease of application and very economical

                          GLAZE N SEAL OLE'
Mexican tile sealer. High gloss, waterbase protection.  Seals with two coats. Resists dirt, oil and food stains.

                           SEALERS & FINISHES- SOLVENT BASE

Unless a label specifically states to, do not use solvent base sealers over water based sealers. Concrete needs to be porous so product can penetrate and stick without peeling off.

                     ICA SUPER SEALER
Xylene base solvent sealer. Use for color enhancement and can be built up for a high shine. Flammable.

                   MIRACLE SEALANTS MIRA MATTE
Natural stone color enhancer. Use on tumbled, acid-washed, sandblasted, flamed, textured natural stone, brick and grout. It allows vapor transmission and a scuff resistant barrier.  It can be used indoor and out.   quart
