ICA's Ring Free Bowl Cleaner The usual reason for a ring in a toilet bowl in the southwest is mineral buildup at the top of the water line. Ring Free is a hydrochloric acid that will help soften this buildup, allowing for easier removal. Its viscous properties help to hold the product up on vertical surfaces allowing longer contact with the problem area
Directions for use: Lower the water level in your bowl with a bowl swab or by pouring a bucket of water into the bowl. This exposes your ring so the cleaning solution won't be diluted and can cling to the surface. Spread the solution all around the inside of the bowl and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes. In extreme situations, a pumice stone- wet, can be used to lightly scrub the ring. Swish bowl swab around tank and flush. This product is to be used only in the toilet bowl and is safe for septic tanks. Be very careful not to allow contact with metal surfaces or marble/travertine surfaces as they may become discolored.
