               RESILIENT TILE- (VCT,vinyl)

TIP: Before sealing NEW resilient surfaces, most manufacturers recommend a scrubbing to remove any factory coating which is put on to keep tiles from sticking together during shipping. A mild cleaner with a medium scrub pad is preferred over strippers and brown, or black pads which in some cases can damage a new floor.

Available at ICA are 2oz-4oz containers of many of the sealers & finishes we carry that can be purchased at a minimal cost to insure your floor is ready to be sealed. Always do a pre-test. In a small area, apply the sealer, allow to dry 20-45 minutes and then do a tape test.
